Founder & CEO
Bill Kehoe is the Founder of Mile 13, LLC which advises organizations across an array of industries including Media, Entertainment, Sports, Advertising and Marketing Services, Private Equity and Not-for-Profits. With 25+ years of progressive financial and operational experience, Mr. Kehoe and the mile13 team provide strategic advisory and other services to companies at various stages in their growth cycles.
Mr. Kehoe currently serves as the CFO, Board of Director and/or Board of Advisor of several companies, including but not limited to Project X Media, Inc. (private equity owned), Bonaventure Equity, LLC and Comic Relief, Inc. In his time with these Companies, he has led or supported business planning, financial analysis, accounting, treasury management, legal, HR and other financial and operational functions.
Prior to founding Mile 13 in 2016, Mr. Kehoe was the COO and CFO of Saban Brands, a Private Equity owned Media and Entertainment concern producing and distributing content and licensing rights globally with headquarters in Los Angeles. Prior to Saban, he spent 10 years in the New York head office at the Omnicom owned brand extension agency, The Beanstalk Group, rising to the roles of COO and CFO prior to his departure for Saban Brands in 2011. Mr. Kehoe started his career at the Southfield, MI headquarters of Plante & Moran, a middle market CPA and advisory firm.
In his career, Mr. Kehoe has over two decades of building businesses and working closely with boards of directors, major partners and executive leadership teams He is deal maker and has a deep knowledge of M&A transactions across multiple industries and geographies with extensive experience in global, competitive and growth-driven environments. Further, he has a proven track record in entrepreneurial environments while working closely within US and International compliance and reporting requirements.
Mr. Kehoe holds a bachelor’s degree from Hillsdale College and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza School of Business. He earned his CPA certification in Michigan.

Allison Roelofs is an independent consultant and Fractional CFO with mile 13, LLC which advises organizations across an array of industries including Media, Entertainment, Sports, Advertising and Marketing Services, Private Equity and Not-for-Profits. With almost 25 years of progressive financial and operational experience, Ms. Roelofs and the mile13 team provide strategic advisory and other services to companies at various stages in their growth cycles.
Ms. Roelofs has previously served as the full-time CFO for several companies, including Townsend Construction, Inc., Attitude Wellness, LLC dba Lume Cannabis Company, Gerotech, Inc., Xenith, LLC, and DAVCO Technology, LLC. In her time with these Companies, she has led or supported business planning, financial analysis, accounting, treasury management, legal, HR, IT, ERP/ECP system implementations, Board of Director interaction, and other financial and operational functions.
Prior to her first CFO role in 2011, Ms. Roelofs held SEC Financial Reporting roles with several publicly-traded businesses including Penske Automotive Group (NYSE: PAG), Credit Acceptance Corporation (NASDAQ: CACC), and First Mercury Financial Corporation (NYSE: FMR). Ms. Roelofs started her career with Ernst & Young, LLP in their Detroit office, leading engagement planning, scheduling, and monitoring for external audits of SEC, private and not-for-profit clients, as well as professional athletic team salary cap and financial statement audits, while serving clients in manufacturing, technology, and cultural arts industries.

As the Head of Strategy at mile13, Christen partners with our clients to unlock opportunities for growth while providing support to our internal team to further develop the business.
She has a passion for strategy and sales, a knack for project management and a talent for building high-performing teams. Christen has consistently delivered exceptional results throughout her 20+ years of professional experience at companies such as ESPN, Yahoo and Hulu. Her business approach involves developing innovative strategies and working with cross-functional teams to execute projects. Christen’s compassionate leadership style fosters transparency and collaboration within organizations.
Outside of mile13, Christen enjoys sunshine, traveling with her family, Northern Michigan, exercising and coffee. She resides with her husband and three boys in Metro Detroit.

In his role as the Head of Operations at Mile 13, Brian plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the company. Working closely with both customers and team members, he is dedicated to problem-solving and seeks to systematize processes, leveraging individual talents and technology to enhance overall efficiency. With a particular passion for data analysis and visualization, he actively pursues insights and solutions that contribute to the company's strategic objectives.
His professional career has been marked by a diverse range of experiences. Originating from a small business and entrepreneurial background, he co-founded an e-commerce company early in his career. Transitioning through roles in Accounting, Finance, and Operations, he brought his skills to an international investment bank, where the division he worked in was later acquired by Huntington Bancshares. He served as a Project Manager for a national technology company, which was later acquired by Global Payments. This rich and varied history equips him with a unique perspective and a comprehensive skill set that he now applies to drive the growth and success of clients at Mile 13.

Scott Lockhart, CPA/ABV, has been a fractional CFO for nearly a decade. Scott performs management consulting roles for small and medium-sized businesses with a focus on finance and operations. He has worked across a range of industries: advertising, steel fabrication/manufacturing, restaurant franchises, and publishing to name a few.
Scott is a founding partner at Tower59 LLC. He is responsible for performing and reviewing Tower59’s valuations through Simple409A.com and for the financial operations of the company. Simple409A.com has worked with over 1,000 companies in 11 years as a leader in fixed-price, efficient 409A valuations.
Scott was a Controller at The Suburban Collection, Michigan’s largest auto dealer group, while remaining an active partner at Tower59. Scott oversaw a department managing over $500 million in revenue and thousands of auto sale transactions. Prior to founding Tower59, Scott was the CFO at Insurance Point, an entrepreneurial start-up insurance brokerage firm focusing on the healthcare industry.
Scott began his career and spent 8 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the assurance practice where he was a licensed CPA. He spent four years performing core audit services, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance work, for large, public multi-national clients before moving to England to join the firm’s UK practice. In the UK, Scott audited subsidiaries of many SEC registrants. He also worked in the UK’s Learning & Education practice helping to roll out the firm’s new audit software. Scott completed his time at PwC working on the Global entity’s Learning & Education team writing and teaching training courses around the world.
Scott holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and two BAs in Accounting and Health & Physical Education from Hillsdale College. He lives in Clarkston, Michigan with his wife Beth and their four children – Haleigh, Rylee, Liam and Mackenzie.
